Follow these 5 simple steps:
Step 1
Find a CG Remit agent.
Step 2
Visit your CG Remit agent, taking some personal identification* with you.
Step 3
Complete a simple ‘send’ form and hand this to the CG Remit agent along with the money you want to send and the transfer fee†
Step 4
You will be given a 14 digit reference number.
Step 5
Contact the person to whom you are sending the money, and give him or her the 14 digit reference number and advise the location at which it is to be collected.++
Your money is ready to be collected as soon as the beneficiary visits the specified payout location in Nepal.
* You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: passport, driving license, national identity card or a government issued identification. You may also be required to provide proof of address (bank statement or utility bill). Requirements vary by country so please ask your local CG Money Remit agent for acceptable identification formats.
† In addition to the transfer fees applicable to a transaction, a currency exchange rate set by MTA Express Remittance or its agents may be applied. Prices subject to change.

++ Please advise the beneficiary to take along the original copy of the ID with him/her.
